Shipping Details:

UK shipping:

• standard orders - £2.95 per order sent using Royal Mail First Class 'Recorded Signed For' service
• next day delivery - £5.95 per order sent using Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service
• heavy/bulky orders -  £7.95 delivered by courier

International shipping:

• EU countries - £6.95
• World - £9.95
• heavy/bulk orders - calculated on an individual basis. Please contact us for a quote prior to confirming your order.

Please note, customs charges and import duties for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

Faulty or wrongly delivered orders will be refunded in full including return postage.  Alternatively, a replacement order can be specified.

Wrongly sized and/or unsuitable items can be returned and exchanged for another size or product.  If the required size is not available or a there is no suitable replacement product, a credit note will be issued.  There is a twelve month time limit to the credit note.

Please note that in this instance, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, so ask that you refer closely to the sizing chart and product guidance notes and measure your pet carefully when placing an order.

Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We therefore recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. 

Please ensure you return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Delivery Schedule:

We aim to ship all items the day after payment is received if all items are in stock. Most orders are received within 3 business days.

Out of stock orders will be dispatched within 21 days of your order. In the unlikely event that we are unable to send your items within this time, we will contact you.  You will then have the option of agreeing to a new delivery date or canceling the order and receiving a full refund.

By visiting our Company, you agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Our Company or its associates. 

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Our Company or to products you purchase through Our Company shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the United Kingdom, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Our Companys intellectual property rights, Our Company may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in the United Kingdom, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the UK Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
