General Information
- Vouchers are available in three denominations - £5, £10, £20 – and can be purchased in any combination to any value.
- The vouchers have an unlimited lifespan.
- Each voucher can only be used once and will be deactivated after use.
- The full value of each voucher must be redeemed at the time of use - partial redemption of individual vouchers is not permitted.
Purchasing Vouchers:
E-mail recipients will receive a gift-style e-mail message containing the sender’s name, any message and the total value and serial numbers of their vouchers.
Select the required number of each voucher, proceed to checkout and enter the following information in the comments box:
- Name of person(s) to whom you wish to send the voucher(s)
- e-mail address of recipient
- Name of sender if different from name of purchaser
- Any accompanying message
Once you have entered the required information, pay for the products in the normal manner.
Redeeming Vouchers:
For online redemption, add desired products to the shopping cart in the usual manner and enter the serial number(s) of the voucher(s) in the box provided at the checkout page.
Where products are purchased that exceed the value of the voucher(s), customers may pay the balance by card.
